The Garden Room is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 90 guests and opens out onto a courtyard garden.

The Oak Room, located on the ground floor has its own reception, bar area and built in dance floor and seats up to 90 guests. Evening functions for up to 150 guests can be catered for.

Wedding breakfasts consist of 3 courses with coffee. Special dietary requirements can be easily catered for. Details of our canapé́ selection are available upon request.

Wedding parties may provide their own wine and Champagne. Corkage prices are £10.00 per bottle of wine, £13.00 per bottle of sparkling wine and £18.00 per bottle of Champagne.

The BEST WESTERN Swan hotel offers a range of accommodation from standard rooms to the stunning Honeymoon Suite. Up to 5 bedrooms can be booked for one night at a discount of 10% off the published rate. On Saturdays and Bank Holdiays additional bedrooms must be for a minimum of 2 nights.

To book the BEST WESTERN Swan hotel for your Wedding, written confirmation is required together with a non-refundable deposit of £1,000. Three months prior to your event 50% of the estimated cost is due. The final balance is payable one month before your Wedding Day. Any extra costs must be settled on departure. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
