Sunday Lunch Somerset from local suppliers

Sunday Lunch is always a firm favourite at the hotel. Our kitchen brigade is proud to support Somerset suppliers whenever they can. They endeavour to use ingredients sourced within 25 miles of the hotel. Our main suppliers include;

P&K Meats in Street. They buy all their meat directly from farms in and around the South West.

EuroFresh FoodService, near Wells. Suppliers of our salad leaves and herbs.

Partners in Cream in Glastonbury supply our dairy products.

A. David near Bristol. Our fruit and vegetables come from here.

Kingfisher in Brixham for our fish. They operate a 24 hour port to plate policy and champion sustainability.

Pullins Bakery, when we aren’t baking our own bread this artisan bakery in Yatton is the bakery for us.

More than just a Sunday Lunch Somerset venue

Diners can enjoy our magnificent restaurant 15c A.D and bar whilst the beautiful surroundings of the Walled Garden Café, and the Swan Terrace are open for al fresco dining during the summer.

Menus change with the seasons and we are pleased to offer a range of dining options. This can vary from a formal 3 course meal to fork buffets and barbecues.

The hotel is open to non-residents for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. It is one of only 30 hotels to appear in the original 1911 Michelin Guide and still be in it today.
